I was honoured to be part of the ENGLAND WINNING TEAM at THE GAME FAIR, Ragley Hall in July 2021
Quinn did me proud.
A great weekend winning the best overall team. The Spaniel team had two run offs - one for best hunting spaniel which Garret Marson won, then the next for best spaniel team, which we just missed out on to Wales; Well done Wales
England Retrievers just missed out on winning, coming 2nd to Ireland - Well done Ireland.
On a personal note, I was very happy with my dog Quinn who was top scorer in the England team and after a run off with good friend George Buchan from Scotland, we also managed 2nd top scoring retriever of the event.
Big thanks to all my team mates and sponsors and a big thanks to our captain Dave Latham.

September brought even more accolades as Quinn was again TOP SCORING RETRIEVER of the England Team at the Scottish Game Fair held at Scone Palace. England were 3rd overall but I was very proud that
Quinn was awarded joint TOP SCORING DOG OF THE COMPETITION TOO!

Mark has been regularly selected to run as part of the prestigious England Retriever Gundog Team on many occasions for over six years. Both Sam (FTCH Calderhey Adder) and Riley (FTCH Leacaz Ricky Of Caytonfell) have done very well at the C.L.A. Game Fairs, Anglesey and World Cups at Highclere. In that time Sam was awarded Top Scoring Dog and Best Marking Dog of the C.L.A.
FTCH Leacaz Ricky Of Caytonfell, (Riley) was selected to represent England many times from 2012 to 2017 where he gave his all to ensure the success of the team.
Riley gave a very good performance as part of the winning England Team at the Scottish Game Fair at Scone Palace on 1st July 2017. England Retrievers were pipped by one point by the Retriever winners Ireland, but with the additional points from the England Winning Spaniel Team - overall ENGLAND WERE THE WINNERS. Congratulations to all involved and Dave Latham for another great result.
Mark was honoured to be asked to judge the England Retriever Selection Day in April 2019. It was a tough assignment with some excellent dogs and handlers in attendance.
